Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Time and Scheduling
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 days unless otherwise agreed. After placing your order, we will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a delivery appointment.
Scheduled Delivery: We offer the option to choose a specific day and time slot that suits your schedule. Together, we ensure the delivery is made at a convenient time.
2. Shipping Costs and Service Areas
Netherlands: Delivery is free within Goirle and within a 25 km radius. For other areas, a shipping fee of €75 applies.
Belgium: Delivery to Belgium is available for a fee of €75.
Luxembourg, Germany, and France: Deliveries to these countries are available for a fee of €150.
3. Delivery Conditions
Ground Floor: We deliver exclusively to the ground floor. Please ensure there is sufficient space and that the furniture can be moved inside using a trolley. If the furniture fits in an elevator, delivery via the elevator is possible. For private elevators, specific agreements can be made.
Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect the products upon receipt. Any damage to the product or packaging must be reported immediately to the delivery person and to our customer service.
4. Delays
Deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic conditions or extreme weather. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and reschedule the delivery as soon as possible.

Return Policy
1. Custom and Restyled Products
At FF Iets Anders, we design and manufacture products fully tailored to your needs. Due to their unique and personalized nature, custom and restyled products cannot be returned.
If you are not satisfied, please contact us at info@ff-ietsanders.nl. We are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
2. Return Conditions for Standard Products
For standard products, you can contact our customer service. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Each return request is assessed individually, and possible solutions, such as an exchange or another arrangement, will be discussed.
3. Complaints or Damages
In case of damage or issues with a product:
Take photos of the damage and send them with a description to info@ff-ietsanders.nl.
We will contact you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Costs and Policy
The cost of a return is the responsibility of the customer unless it concerns a damaged product.
Returns are not possible for custom-made products or large furniture, such as cabinets.
